HAMMER FINISHED ENAMEL
It is a quick drying metallic finish with hammer tone effect, based on special resin, additives and aluminium paste, which give uniform hammer tone finish on application. The special hammer effect can hide minor surface imperfections or defects. It has good scratch and impact resistances. It can withstand high temperatures. It has excellent adhesion and weather resistance on interior/exterior surfaces.

Surface should be clean, dry and free from any contamination. Oil and grease should be removed by solvent cleaning as per SSPC SP-1. Abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2.5.

To be applied on prepared surface. Spray pressure, extent of thinning, film thickness and application techniques etc. greatly affect the nature of hammer tone pattern.

- Avoid skin and eye contact by wearing overalls, gloves, goggles, and mask etc.
- Eyes: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eye with water immediately and obtain medical advice.
- Skin: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved industrial cleaner.
- Avoid inhalation of vapours and paint mist by wearing suitable mask. In the event of ingestion seek medical attention immediately.
- This product is flammable, keep away from sources of ignition. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. In the case of fire – blanket flames with foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemicals.
- Painting must be carried out in well-ventilated area. Local safety regulations need to be followed.
- Store the paint in proper storage conditions as per the local regulations.
- Keep the paint container in sealed condition under shed, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not keep paint material near to any ignition sources.
- Do not put back the half or unused material back in original container, containing the supplied paint, to avoid contamination.
- Handle with care.
- Stir well before use.
- Shelf life at 30°C is 18 months in original sealed container, with proper storage conditions.
